Mysuru Palace to Receive Dasara Elephants in August Ceremony

Mysuru’s historic palace is set to become the new home of the two prized elephants that traditionally lead the city’s Dasara procession. The formal handover is scheduled for August 28 and will be overseen by Karnataka’s Forest Minister Ramalinga Reddy, alongside palace officials and local dignitaries.
